1. Our role

Tourhopers is a website where you can book yourself for hop-on, hop-off tours by bus.

The tours that you will get booked from our website are organized by some third-party service providers. We provide customer service to you when you make any booking on our website. We will arrange and confirm your booking, take payments, and help you both before and after the tour, but the tour experience will be delivered by the operators.

• Option A (agency):

  We operate as an agent for the operator. Your agreement for the tour is between you and the operator under the operator’s own terms, which will be made known to you before booking.

• Option B (reseller/owner):

  Tickets are bought from operators by us and sold back to you. Your agreement for the ticket is between you and Tourhopers.

2. Accuracy of information

We make sure that we accurately describe our tours, but the information about our tours is provided by the operators and may therefore change. The route, stops, departure time, frequency, operating times of attractions, inclusions, and type of transport used may change by the operator at any time.

• Photographs and videos are representative; vehicles, seats, and views may vary.

• Descriptions of attractions on the way do not imply admission to those attractions unless it is stated that the entry is included.

• The travel time and distance may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions.

We are not responsible for any changes made by the operator post-booking, except what is described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. In case of a substantial change, we will notify you, and you can either opt for a refund or a reschedule as per the policy.

3. Prices and currency

The prices will be quoted to you in the currency you choose. The exchange rate will be determined by your credit card company, and any exchange rate fees charged are beyond our control and separate from the prices we quote to you.

Our prices are flexible and subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

4. Fitness, accessibility and safety

Accessibility, wheelchair assistance, age appropriateness, health limitations or any other safety related to the tour are provided by the operator and provided in good faith. In case either of these considerations applies to you, verify them with us before booking, and we will contact the operator for verification. It is always recommended that you arrive at the pick-up point in plenty of time; boarding is subject to the terms of the operator.

The trademarks, names, and logos of operators appearing on this website, including those of the tour operators from whose tickets we sell, belong to their respective owners. This use is solely meant for identification purposes and does not mean that Tourhopers is the same tour operator or that they have any endorsement other than what our commercial relationship allows us.

Our objective is to ensure that the site is accessible and secure, but we cannot ensure continuous availability. In some cases, we might temporarily close the site to carry out maintenance work. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from the unavailability of the site.
