About Tourhopers
Tourhopers is an online travel and tour booking platform that provides Hop On Hop Off (HOHO) bus tours and city sightseeing services. Our services enable users to explore their desired destinations at their own convenience, hopping on and off the bus at various bus stops available in the city.
Eligibility
By using our website, you agree to the following:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or make this booking with parental/guardian consent
- You have the legal authority to agree to these Terms
- You are providing accurate and truthful information during the booking process
- You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and not for commercial purposes
Booking & Reservations
a) Online Booking
All bookings must be made through our official website. You must ensure that you have chosen the correct tour, date, number of passengers, and any add-ons before proceeding to complete the purchase.
b) Booking Confirmation
After making payment for the tour through our website, you will be sent a confirmation email containing details about the booking and an e-ticket/mobile voucher. This must be presented during boarding.
c) Accuracy of Information
You must ensure that you have given us correct personal and booking details. Tourhopers is not responsible for any missed tours or denied boarding due to incorrect details given by you.
d) Ticket Validity
Tickets are only valid for the specified tour, date, and number of passengers as indicated in the booking.
Payment Terms
- All Prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
- We accept PayPal, Credit Card, and Debit Card payments
- Full payment is required at the time of booking
- Secure and encrypted payment gateways are used to process payments
- Tourhopers does not store your full payment card details
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Any applicable taxes or service fees will be displayed before checkout.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
a) Customer Cancellations
- Cancellations 48 hours or more before scheduled tour: Full refund
- Cancellations between 24–48 hours before the scheduled tour: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour: No refund
- No-shows (failure to board at the designated time and stop): No refund
b) Tour Cancellations by Tourhopers
In the event that Tourhopers cancels a tour due to operational problems, weather conditions, or unexpected occurrences, the customer will be eligible for a full refund or reschedule for no additional cost.
c) Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed for approved cases through the original payment method within a period of 7-14 business days.
Tour Conduct & Passenger Responsibilities
By joining any Tourhopers experience, passengers agree to:
- Follow all instructions given by Tourhopers staff and bus operators
- Treat other passengers, staff, and local communities with respect
- Do not board the bus if under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances
- Do not bring prohibited items on board (weapons, hazardous materials, etc.)
- Make sure children are seated at all times
- Obey all local laws and regulations at tour destinations
Tourhopers has the right to refuse boarding to any passenger who does not comply with this code of conduct, without a claim to a refund.
Health, Safety & Liability
a) Health Conditions
Passengers in possession of pre-existing medical conditions, disabilities, or mobility issues must ensure that they meet tour requirements prior to making a booking and contact us in advance to confirm suitability.
b) Liability Limitation
Tourhopers is a facilitator between our valued customers and tour operators. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for personal injury, illness, death, loss of property, or any damages resulting from your involvement in a tour
- We are not responsible for delays, route changes, or service disruptions due to traffic, weather, and unforeseen events
- Our liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for a specific booking in question
c) Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that all travelers secure adequate travel insurance coverage, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal liabilities, before engaging in any tour.
Intellectual Property
All content, such as text, images, logos, videos, and graphics, found on "https://tourhopers.com" is a property of Tourhopers or its respective licensors, protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without our written permission
- Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks without permission
- Scrape, copy, or use any part of our website for commercial purposes
User Accounts
If you register on our website, you are obliged to:
- Safeguard the confidentiality of your account login details
- Be responsible for all the activity on your account
- Inform us immediately in case you detect unauthorized use of your account
Tourhopers reserves the right to terminate your account if you violate the terms stated above.
