Start your Adventure... Download the "Big Bus Tours" app to get directions to your departure point.. Please arrive 15-20 minutes in advance of your chosen departure time to secure your seat. SAY HELLO! The Night Tour departs from Stop 5 OR Stop 1 at 20:15, 20:30 or 21.30 daily (check calendar for times, depending on date). Please look for a team member with a Big Bus logo at to redeem your voucher before boarding, hop on board, and you're good to go! ENJOY YOUR TOUR! Please note that this is not a hop-on, hop-off tour, it is a panoramic Night Tour with a duration of around 2 hours.
What is the child policy?
A child ticket is available for children aged between 4 and 12 years inclusively. Children aged 3 years and under may travel free of charge when accompanied by a dedicated adult. All children must be accompanied by an adult. We do not have specific room for stroller. Please use only a foldable stroller when coming with baby.
How do I redeem my ticket?
Show your printed ticket to a member of staff at one of our stops or aboard the bus. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket.
Do I need to specify a date of travel?
Yes. You’ll need to select your travel date when booking. Your ticket is only valid on the date chosen at checkout. Some tours may also require you to select a specific departure time to guarantee your seat.
Where does the Night Tour start and what time does it depart?
The Night Tour departs from Stop 5 OR Stop 1 at 20:15, 20:30 or 21.30 daily (check calendar for times, depending on date). Please check the calendar when booking and arrive early, as seats are first-come, first-served.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
100% of the fleet has wheelchair access on the lower deck.
What languages is the commentary available in?
Audio commentary is available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Korean, Russian, and Mandarin Chinese.
Can I get a refund if I change my plans?
If you booked directly with Big Bus Tours, you can request a refund via the Big Bus Tours App or by using the enquiry form at bigbustours.com/contactPAR . If you booked through a third-party agent, please contact the original booking provider directly.
Is this a hop-on, hop-off tour?
No. This is a non-stop panoramic evening tour. Passengers remain on the bus for the full 2-hour duration.
