Please be there 30 minutes before the scheduled tour time on the travel date to avoid any holdup.
You can cancel your ticket(s) up to 72 hours before the pre-selected tour date to get the full refund amount. If you cancel your ticket or try to make any changes after that period, no refund or amendment facility will be provided to you.
