To redeem the Digital Chinatown Walking Tour, you need to scan the QR code at the Big Bus Tour Visitor’s Office at 99 Jefferson Street.
For the Muir Woods Tour, the tickets will be provided to you after you set foot in Muir Woods by the representatives.

We recommend you arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled time, and the same for the Sunset Tour.
How much time will we have in the woods?
After the arrival at the Muir Woods, you’ll have 1.5 hours to explore the woods.
How long does the hop-on hop-off tour take if I stay on the bus?
If you choose to stay on the bus and enjoy the tour without stepping off of it, it will approximately take 2 hours to complete the San Francisco city tour.
