The tour sets out from two different locations at 8.30 in the morning & 1.30 in the afternoon and lasts 4.5- 5 hours. You need to choose the departure date & time, along with the pick-up point at the time of booking, according to your preferences. It is recommended to arrive 15-20 minutes early at the meeting point, as the bus and other travelers will not wait because of one being unpunctual. You can either hop back on the bus after 45 minutes at Sausalito, or you can choose to stay back and catch a ferry later to San Francisco.
- You can enjoy without excessive crowds, as the tour does not allow more than 14 travelers at a time.

While booking the tickets, you need to provide us with your personal details, including your email address. Once the full payment for the ticket(s) is received, we will send you a confirmation email containing the voucher, redemption & boarding details, and other necessary information. Some of the tour tickets need to be activated via the mobile application. Whereas with others, you can board the bus by simply showing them to the driver or any other Big Bus representative present on the bus.
To receive a full refund, you need to cancel your tickets at least 1 day in advance of the scheduled travel date. If you cancel the tickets on the tour day or a day before, no refund will be provided. No refund will be provided if you do not show up for the tour.

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

Can I skip Sausalito and return early?
Yes, you can. But for that, you have to arrange transportation or take a ferry from the Mur Woods to San Francisco, which will not be included in the tour package. So you have to pay extra for it.
What happens in bad weather?
We do not cancel tours in most conditions except in extremely bad weather. However, if you have a change of heart for any specific reason, you can cancel or reschedule your tickets.
