The bus departs at 6.40 am from the Union Square Departure Point and at 6.20 am from the Fisherman’s Wharf Departure Point. If the tour gets cancelled from our side due to an uncontrollable situation, such as extremely bad weather, or if the minimum number of participants is not met, you’ll be provided with a rescheduled date or a full refund.

Is hiking included in the tour?
No, hikes are not included in the tour, but you can opt for sightseeing, exploring, and witness diverse wildlife species from bears to birds.
Can the weather affect the tour?
Yes, the bad weather conditions can impact some visuals and scenery. If the weather becomes extremely bad, the tour may be rescheduled or canceled. A full refund of the payment will be provided if the tour is called off.
Does the tour feel crowded?
The maximum number of people on one tour will be 45. The bus is fully packed with no more available seats, only during peak seasons. The tour does not feel crowded during the rest of the time.
